| Hi, First of all, The two sessions of Webinars today were great. I wanted to update the Club Management software from Version 8.5b to Version 9. I found a disk labeled CLUB MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE V9.20 do u think it is the updated version of the software. Is the updating procedure so simple that I can just run setup and install or shoudl I contact tech support to install it uisng the WebX. I got this doubt coz the installation procedure was asking me if u want to update the WHOLE DATABASE to the newer version and If I do so maybe it will effect everyone so I dindt wanna risk doing such a big step. | Well, it's a good thing you waited. Club Management Software v9.20w is for our old MS Access-based software product, which SIUE used long before I even worked there. To update to Spectrum v9.0, contact Tech Support to schedule the upgrade. We will need to connect to the data server and run update scripts on the database, and you will need to update the programs on each computer. Tech Support will schedule a time with you to do this, and send you full instructions for what you must do. Tech Support is at 800-247-3431 opt. 2 or techsupport@csisoftwareusa.com.
