With the Handreaders, we use the Recognition Systems Database to maintain the profiles between clubs and readers, kind of clunky but it works.  We are starting to run into an issue where because the Handreader won't recognize letters, we are having a lot of people try to enter duplicate numbers for registration.

With the Fingerprint Scanners, we were only able to get about a 50% success rate, mostly older people and women would fail on the scanner, also, because the scanner doesn't indicate success/fail, we seemed to have an issue of people not placing their finger correctly. 

Anyone else run into these issues?  Any others?  Any fixes?
