| WE use Spectrum 9.0 and spectrum online to create program listings, SOME of which we want to show up online with online registration, some of which we want to show up online, but without allowing online registration, and some which we don't want to be displayed online, but that we want to schedule in the regular spectrum database. I've been unable to find an area in Setup, Member management, site admin, etc that allows us to choose online settings for each course. A couple users here think they remember there being a checkbox to allow programs to show up online or not, but we can't find that anymore. Was the removed in our last update? I've found an area that lets the user choose how many days of online registration a course can have, but if you leave zero there, will the course show up online with no registration period, or will it not show up at all? Thanks for any help!

| Andrea, There haven't ever been check-boxes to determine online access for the programs in Program Registration. To make a program visible online, it needs to be in a session that has an Online Registration Start and End Date set. If the Registration Start and Registration End dates are not populated on the Session, then no programs in that session will be visible online. Thus, to have some that are visible and some that are not, you will need to have two simultaneously running sessions, one with Online Registration dates and one without. To make a visible program available to enroll online, it first has to be in a session with Online Registration dates, but then in the Program Setup you need to have the Online Capacity set. If it is 0, then it will be viewed online, but nobody can enroll into it.
