HI,

After a long time I am back asking some more questions .

We are trying to disable a customer from checking out stuff from the equipment issue if he/she doesnt return an item checkedout the previous day.

We tried to freeze the user status but CSI still allows the user to checkout stuff.

Can you suggest me a method of blocking a particular user from checking out stuff TEMPORARILY.

Thank You

Regards,

Ranjeesh

Hey Ranjeesh,

It's been a while since I've heard from you!  I hope you are doing well.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to do what you are asking.  You could, however, put "NO RENTAL" or something similar in the last name field after the member's name and that would let your employees know that they are not to rent to this person...

I am doin good, PJ. We hope you are doing well do.

We have been having problems with checking in stuff so we thought maybe it would be good if we find a way of disabling a customer. Anyways, I hope you have this kinda feature in one of your future versions of CSI. Coz its hard for some of the EI people to keep chaninging the names so looking for an easy way.

Ranjeesh
