During the actual upgrade, do any of the database changes or server side changes require a restart? We will NOT be dedicating a server to NG, so we need to think about the other applications running on that box as we think about timing for the upgrade.
Any chance we could get a step-by-step outline of the upgrade process? We did not have a good experience during our initial implementation so we want to take as much uncertainty out of this process as possible.

| Jackson, The upgrade process will vary from client to client, so you will want to discuss your situation with Toni Grafner, your Account Manager. We do not have a step-by-step guide for Spectrum customers to move to Spectrum NG at this time since we are not yet moving Spectrum customers to the new system. Spectrum NG uses a completely different database than Spectrum 9.0, and it requires SQL2005. If you're currently running SQL 2005, then we can just install the new database on the same SQL server, and then convert and migrate the data from one database to the other. This should not require a restart of the server.
